Sculpture has eluded me. I can build out texture with encaustic or found objects adhered to canvas and wood, but true sculpture has not my thing. Also not my thing: perfection. I recognize attention to detail, I value a well executed work, but I like a little wabi-sabi in my life. But, I missed being part of a creative community. So, I joined a local ceramic studio in the summer of 2015; to be around people who make things with their hands.
