Streets of Copenhagen

It was a perfect week in Denmark: great weather, kind people, inspiring streets (delicious pastries). The highlight for me was visiting the Cisterns installation. A close 2nd place favorite moment was walking into a candy shop as the artisans poured fresh lemon caramel from it's pot onto the cooling surface, filling the space with the smell of deliciousness. I've returned home, but am still digesting the experience.
